What is the return policy?

Damages/Shipping Discrepancies
If a product from The Sak arrives to your store damaged, or a customer returns a damaged item please take a picture of the damage, email it to us, and if approved we will issue store credit for the purchase price.
If a product is short shipped or there is a discrepancy in your order, please email us and we will rectify the issue with a credit or if needed a new shipment.
What is the Shipping Policy?
Shipping and handling are included in the wholesale price of your order for the 48 contiguous states. AK, HI, and PR are $25
Minimum Order Quantity:
The minimum order value is $250. For any special requests please email wholesalesales@thesakbrandgroup.com
How long will it take to get my order from the time I place it?
Depending on where your store is located it will take 3-7 business days to get your order.
Why do you split shipments over $800?
The cost of the product is lower if we ship below a value order under $800, this allows us to offer the best value to our customers.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have a showroom in New York city that is available by appointment only, please email wholesalesales@thesakbrandgroup.com for an appointment
What trade shows do you attend?
